Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING POLICY

We offer shipping to customers in the United States via UPS & USPS from Dallas, TX. Customers that are part of our Facebook Group (Trend & True Fam) receive FREE shipping on all orders. Orders process withing 1-2 business days, and shipping takes an additional 2-7 business days. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns will be issued store credit only. We do not offer refunds at this time. If you don't love your item, we will happily exchange it for something you do love. 

 

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT MUST BE RETURNED:

  • Within 7 business days of the delivery date.
  • In unworn, unwashed, new condition.
  • Including a print out of your email order conformation, order summary from your online customer profile, or packing slip invoice.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

  • Returns received after 7 business days of delivery date will not be issued store credit. 
  • All sale items are final sale. 
  • Store credit will be issued in the amount of the item's purchase price only.
  • The acceptance of any and all returns is subject to the company's discretion.
  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please email us at customerservice@trendandtrue.com. If a replacement item is available we will reserve it for you until we receive your returned item (must be returned within 7 business days of initial delivery). If a replacement item is not available, you will be offered a full refund to your original form of payment. 

 

While we are not responsible for packages lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you by providing a tracking number with every order. Please contact your local post office to inquire about lost packages.
